Funny isn’t it? But to tell you the truth, I am only humbled by this metaphor. I truly feel just a medium to help you explore and throw light on a place that matches with your vision of your perfect home!

My job is to help you find your Nest when you have already crossed thousand miles in your life journey and needed a good rest! And my only wealth is a strong base of loyal repeating customers, which is the reason for Yeti Homes’ success over the decades of time in DFW land.

This is Sunil. You may forget my name, but I have 2 unique qualities that are beneficial for a seeker of a perfect home like you.
I am a Civil Engineer, a proud graduate from UT Arlington, but when it comes to finding a perfect home, you can refer to me as a “home-doctor.”
Well, basically, my qualification as a professional engineer equipped me to know in-and-out of every home, from design to foundation and structure. In a simple word, I know the bone and body of home, where you may place your heart.
Won’t it be an amazing match? Wait, I yet have one more quality to share for your benefit. I am a photographer by passion. Why am I sharing it with you? Well, if you already have not grasped the value, let me share that I have a special eye to identify the aesthetic of a good home.
